Your Content
You are solely responsible for the screenshots you upload. Do not upload content that violates third-party privacy.
No Liability
We are not responsible for your dating outcomes, rejected matches, or any emotional distress caused by the AI.
AI Nature & Entertainment Disclaimer
Matchfix uses generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze dating profiles and provide “boosts”, red-flag detection, and comedic insights. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- • AI is unpredictable: The generated reports may contain errors, inaccuracies, or subjective opinions that do not reflect reality.
- • Edgy Content: The AI is programmed to be witty, brutally honest, and sometimes highly critical. If you are easily offended, this service may not be for you.
- • No Professional Advice: The insights provided are strictly for entertainment purposes and should not be used as a substitute for professional relationship counseling.
Your Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
- • Ensure you have the right to upload the screenshots/text
- • Use the service for personal entertainment
- • Keep your account credentials secure
- • Report any technical issues to our support team
Prohibited Activities
- • Uploading or processing NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind
- • Uploading nude, partially nude, or otherwise sexualized imagery (real, AI-generated, or stylized)
- • Uploading any content depicting minors in a sexual, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate context (zero tolerance)
- • Uploading non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or images of any person without their permission
- • Uploading illegal content, hate speech, gore, or content that violates third-party rights
- • Using the service to harass, dox, bully, or stalk individuals
- • Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI prompts or bypass safety filters
- • Using automated tools to bulk-generate requests
Acceptable Use Policy — Content Restrictions
Matchfix is a strictly safe-for-work (SFW) service. The following content is expressly prohibited from being uploaded, processed, generated, or distributed through our platform:
- • NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content of any kind, including but not limited to nudity, partial nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses, fetish content, or erotic material.
- • Any content sexualizing or depicting minors (anyone under 18). This includes real, AI-generated, illustrated, animated, or otherwise stylized depictions. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM); such content will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
- • Non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”), deepfakes, face-swaps, or any photo of a person uploaded without their explicit consent.
- • Content intended to sexualize, objectify, or harass any individual.
- • Content that is illegal, promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or contains hate speech, gore, or graphic violence.
- • Content that infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
We deploy automated content moderation and may also conduct manual review. We reserve the right to refuse processing, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold refunds, and report violations to payment processors and law enforcement, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may also result in permanent bans from the Service.
By uploading any image, you represent and warrant that (a) the content does not violate this policy, (b) you have all necessary rights and consents from any person depicted, and (c) the subject of the image is at least 18 years of age.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchfix and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, resulting from:
- • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- • Any relationship decisions, dating outcomes, or emotional distress resulting from our AI-generated reports.
Payment and Refund Terms
Purchasing Credits
- • Services are accessed via purchasing digital credits/packages
- • Payments are securely processed by Creem.io
- • We do not store your credit card information
Refund Policy
- • Due to the digital AI nature, all purchases are final and non-refundable
- • Disagreeing with the AI's opinion is not grounds for a refund
- • If a technical error prevents generation, contact support for credit restoration
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes:
- • We will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page
- • Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
